  • Co-founded the first and only 501(c)3 LGBTQ-resource center in Frisco, TX, one of the fastest growing U.S. cities, serving 5,000 clients annually through year-round social and educational programming, scholarships, resources, and collaborations.

    ·         Prioritize organization’s mission to address unmet needs of LGBTQIA+ communities in suburban settings including youth and families of transgender, nonbinary, and gender diverse people with BIPOC, neurodiverse, and disabled intersectionality

    ·         Lead board development, strategy, finance and operations, strategic alliances and partnerships, public relations, communication, events management, and business development, generating multiple revenue streams through individual and corporate giving, sponsorships, grants, cash and in-kind contributions

    ·         Top-line Growth: On target to achieve 185% YOY topline revenue growth while containing expenses at 16% under budget and increasing frequency and scope of services through sponsorships, fundraising, cash contributions, and service revenue

    ·         Transformative Leadership: Enrolled 70+ mental health professionals in the ground-breaking Yale LGBTQ Mental Health Initiative, which provides evidence-based training in LGBTQ-affirming CBT: cognitive behavioral therapy

    ·         Increased Accessibility for Marginalized Communities: Partnered with teletherapy provider Joon to extend patient eligibility age limit from 17 to 21, increasing accessibility for LGBTQIA+ youth during their transition into adulthood, a vulnerable phase

    ·         Normalizing Mental Health: Created inaugural LGBTQ Mental Health Forum for 75+ registered participants, bringing together mental health professionals and the public—programming supported by NAMI North Texas and recognized by GLAAD

    ·         Strategic Partnerships: Helped nearly 40 people correct identity documents through partnerships with Dallas LGBT Bar Association, which provided pro bono legal advisory services, and with a local company that donated their secure office space

    ·         Community Impact: 5,000 people attend annual pride festival at 24,000-seat Toyota Stadium that generates 5-figure sales revenue for the local economy and facilitates meaningful engagement with trusted local, state, and national organizations that provide LGBTQ resources and services (e.g., HRC, Lambda Legal, ACLU TX, Equality TX, North TX LGBT Chamber)

  • Founded an Information Technology consulting & services firm devising and implementing cloud platforms, digital transformations, and enterprise business applications with an emphasis on healthcare, education, fintech, and public sectors.

    ·         Dallas Love Letters: A project centering trans and nonbinary voices from the South in the form of “love letters” to their past or future selves whose texts will be set to original music by a leading trans Latina composer and performed by the choir
